1. Use of this website

This site provides information about EasyPassage's services, the PATH Assessment, the GUIDE training companion, and international placement pathways. Content is provided for information; specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

2. Candidate commitments

Candidates never pay EasyPassage a recruitment fee. Registration fees for PATH are refundable via scholarship tier where applicable. Candidates retain the right to refuse any offer at any stage without financial penalty.

3. Employer engagements

Employers engage EasyPassage under written commercial terms with milestone-based fees. Placement is governed by transparent contracts; no candidate is presented without her consent.

4. Accuracy of claims

We do not overclaim regulatory status. MEA registration and Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany certification are actively being pursued and are not yet held. This will be updated on the Fairness & Trust page when status changes.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
