What we hold ourselves to, in writing.
Thirteen commitments. No fine print.
Feeless to the nurse, always
No candidate ever pays EasyPassage a recruitment fee. Not as a 'processing charge,' not as a 'training bond,' not at any stage. Employers pay for the pipeline they hire from.
Transparent, milestone-based employer terms
Employer fees are tied to defined placement milestones. Contracts are written plainly, not buried in schedules, and we don't ask candidates to sign anything we wouldn't be comfortable reading aloud.
Institutional placements only
Hospitals, care groups, licensed employers, government-affiliated facilities. Never private homes, never informal live-in arrangements, no exceptions.
Right to refuse
Any offer, at any stage, for any reason, with no financial penalty. A pipeline that punishes candidates for saying no isn't a pipeline, it's a trap.
Preference-based matching, not speed-based
We match to fit, not to close. If the candidate's stated preference and the offer on the table don't align, the offer waits. Speed is not the metric that matters here.
Actively pursuing Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany certification
We are in the process of pursuing FRHG certification. We do not yet hold it, and we will never claim otherwise. When we do, this page will be the first place it appears.
We take responsibility for who is ready
Readiness is decided by visible, verifiable PATH scoring, never by an internal judgement call we can't show the candidate. Transparency is the only version of accountability that means anything.
Honest status disclosure
MEA registration is currently in process; we have not yet been granted it and we do not overclaim. Named trainers, physical Gonda training location, and recognition-process status are documented and available on request.
A real team, not a shell
Named founders, a real office, and staff you can meet. That should not be a differentiator, but in this market, it is.
No bonds, ever
Candidates move on standard, transparent contracts, never terms that lock them in with no exit. We are honest that a contract typically involves a mandatory probation period of around three months, standard across this industry, communicated clearly before commitment, not after.
No candidate travels alone
Placements move in batches of at least four, received directly by our on-ground partner at arrival. Never a lone traveler landing to an uncertain welcome.
A confirmed job offer before departure
Some agencies send candidates abroad on a job-seeker visa to search for work once already there, months of uncertainty, living costs with no income, no guaranteed outcome. Every EasyPassage placement is secured with a verified employer before departure. She boards the flight with a contract already in hand, not a hope.
Never asked to resign first
No candidate is ever required to leave her current job before her placement is confirmed. Some providers in this category require candidates to resign before training even begins, carrying real financial exposure for months with no guaranteed outcome. EasyPassage never asks this of anyone.
